„This is my 3rd time staying at the Black Rock Mountain Resort. We had a fabulous time. The rooms were clean, gorgeous, and super comfy. I wish we had more time to take it all in. “

„The so-called high speed Wi-Fi is intermittent at best. This was especially noticeable on the television when the signal cut out regularly. Connecting our phones to the Wi-Fi was also an issue because the signal was intermittent. Another issue is that the TV channels are extremely limited. Further, we could not get connected to the Chromecast so that we could watch our apps like Netflix. Even with help from a technician in the building, we could not get connected.
