„Absolutely horrible experience. Upon arrival we were disappointed that everything was much more dated, and worse quality compared to the appearance in photos. AC unit was not working, the lower level bedrooms carpet was soaked and the upstairs toilet would not flush. We spoke with the head office staff who was very rude and said the AC had been fixed earlier in the morning. They reluctantly sent maintenance over and could not do anything to fix it. They also were unable to get an outside company ...

„Our check in was smooth without issue. Our room was clean, comfortable, well appointed, everything functioned. The hot tub and pool where both functional and being well used. Breakfast had wide variety, but many items were cool to cold, not warm or hot, at 8:00 to 8:15. Check out was easy.“
