„Absolutely horrible experience. Upon arrival we were disappointed that everything was much more dated, and worse quality compared to the appearance in photos. AC unit was not working, the lower level bedrooms carpet was soaked and the upstairs toilet would not flush. We spoke with the head office staff who was very rude and said the AC had been fixed earlier in the morning. They reluctantly sent maintenance over and could not do anything to fix it. „All the facilities are extremely outdated and need significant updating. The online pictures were not representative of the quality of the rooms and in my opinion misleading. I experienced rotes wood on door and windows, stained tub, blocked and rusted out walkways, poorly maintained parking lots and overall outdated conditions. I would not recommend a stay at this facility.“

The security was my biggest concern. After checking in, I was told to enter through the back of building as that was closest to my assigned room.
