„We show up on Saturday and wanted to check in but the hotel gave away our room. I spoke to Cassandra on Thursday to assure everything was perfect and even paid for incidentals at that time. So we show up after our baseball game ready to relax and our room was given to someone else. So we had to go to a different hotel.“

„We stayed in this property in June 2025 and it was a wonderful day. However, this year in June 2026 we were extremely disappointed in the hotel overall because of cleanliness and lack of housekeeping services. Upon arrival at 1:50 AM, we were given the keys to our suite and when we entered, the room was not clean. There was vomit and other body substances on the furniture and the room was not made for new guests. We were given another suite and at this point we were so tired we just crashed.  ...
