„We so enjoyed our stay at this place. The interior was nicely furnished and clean! The view of the lake outside was beautiful and calming. There were plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the firepit and lake. At the end of the day, part of our group sat at the end of the dock and enjoyed watching the boats and other watercraft as they passed by on the lake. Unfortunately rain prevented us from enjoying the firepit, but that just means we will have to return to enjoy this great get away ...

„The house was clean and tidy. We were there to just sleep and not entertain. I would say that for our family preferences, we’d stay in a more quiet area of the city. This part of Grand Rapids while charming is busier than we expected. This is no fault of the host. Her description of the home and what was included was spot on. It is an old house but VERY charming and cozy. Lots of great coffee shops and eateries nearby etc. Good value and stay overall.“

„We only stayed one night. However the inside was very clean. Disappointed in the condition of the property itself. I’m not sure if the backyard has been mowed this year and the weeds hit the middle of the windows. Neighbors are friendly and it’s centrally located. Could definitely stay again just wish the outside could be maintained.“

„We were three couples spending the weekend in town for a family wedding. There was more room here than we needed, with plenty of seating both for dining and leisure indoors and out, a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of kitchen and bathroom towels, etc. The back yard is idyllic with fly fishers and kayakers in the river everyday. A true home away from home. Excellent host response.“

„This was a very well thought out rental. Everything we needed to feel at home was available to us. The home was nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. We stayed the weekend for a wedding and the location was only a 6 minute car ride from Downtown. Our host was great at communicating and provided us with all the information we needed for a great stay. „This house is falsely advertised! We were immediately concerned when we first pulled up to the house- boxes laying all over, personal belongings laying in the grass, and an unfinished deck with screws sticking out and rotting handrails. We walked in the house to unfinished renovations- patchwork throughout the house, outlet box hanging OUT of the outlet, a shattered glass door panel (that my 2 year old found and started touching the exposed glass shards), personal belongings throughout the house ...

„Very clean house. Step outside front door is a little high for us seniors. But everything else is fantastic. I liked the fact there was a lot of different channels on the tv. „It is a nicely renovated home with private parking in the back, making loading and unloading easy. The house and property are just as described. It's on a busier street, but road noise was never a problem. The location is convenient to restaurants, stores, etc. There are a few steps up once you enter the house; just a reference if you are traveling with someone who can't do stairs. Vermutlich einfach Pech gehabt😃
"Ist eigentlich mein Stammhotel in Grand Rapids da es echt sauber, zentral und vom Preis/Leistung top ist. Dieses Mal hatte ich glaube ich einfach Pech bei der Zimmerzuteilung mit Zimmer 209, der Kühlschrank war so laut, das gefühlt ein Traktor durchs Zimmer fährt(nach abschalten war es okay). Zimmer wirkte abgelebt. Hab das dann unten an der Rezeption gesagt, aber der Kollege war mehr mit seinem Handy beschäftigt und desinteressiert mir ein alternatives Zimmer zu geben. War jedoch das erste Mal dass ich so ein Erlebnis in diesem Hotel hatte. Eine zweite Chance gibt’s beim nächsten mal definitiv!!"
