Budget Stay in Rockford, Upper Duplex

Comfortable stay on a budget!

I would describe the older "upper" duplex as a budget travel stay. I want to be honest about what it may be like to stay here. All of the furnishings and TV's are newer. The bathroom and kitchen are a bit outdated. The adjacent street is a busy city street, so street noise is present.
The neighborhood is located in a medium crime risk area. Its a place to sleep, relax and watch TV on a budget. Price reflects location.
The space
You will have plenty of room and it is priced way below the nearest hotel. You'll have access to whole house except locked doors. The cleaning closet is locked and bedrooms not reserved for the number in your party will remain locked. This type of experience may not be what you are looking for and it’s not for everyone. The price reflects the location.

The duplex is located within minutes from the area best attractions. Only a 10-15 minute drive to Anderson Japanese Gardens, BMO Harris Bank Center and the Coronado Theater. For the outdoors type, Rock Cut State Park is about a 20 minute drive.

The bedrooms features a comfy queen size bed along with a 32" smart TV, and a closet. Sleep in on sunny mornings with the blackout drapes. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom as well.
You will have access to a full service kitchen, and washer and dryer if your stay requires laundry.
