„Zunächst waren wir zugegebenermaßen etwas erschrocken als wir mitten in Chinatown in einer zunächst etwas gewöhnungsbedürftigen Umgebung angekommen sind. Aber das hat sich mit dem Betreten der Lobby schlagartig geänderte- tolles Hotel mit unglaublich netten Personal (vor allem Brandie an der Rezeption die uns viele tolle Tips gegeben hat). Lage zur Stadt absolut ideal, Metro 500 Meter vom Hotel entfernt. Parken ebenfalls mit dabei, was will man mehr. “

„The best thing about this hotel is by far its staff!!! Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had a king room on the 8th floor facing the Virgin hotel. You could look directly into someone’s room….and the room was a bit dark. Besides that we had an excellent stay“

„We loved that this was attached to the arena for the show we were seeing. We were also pleased with the relatively close location to the airport as well for easy travel. The staff was great at check-in when we were really early and the room wasn't ready yet. It felt like they made us a priority to speed up our room while we waited instead of just doing whatever their normal procedure was for cleanings.“

„Excellent location and excellent service, the room was always already cleaned when we've got back. We had a perfect stay in Chicago. We could reach almost everything we wanted to visit by foot and anything else we reached by one of the many trains or busses stopping nearby. One downside of the hotels location is the heavy traffic on the roads next to it, so it can be quite loud at night, but I would say the noise is nothing out of the ordinary if you are used to living in a busy city“

„We have booked a premium appointment for four days which was located on the 24. floor and had an amazing view. Unfortunately, the appointment could have been cleaner, especially the furniture was very used and full of stains. It’s not expensive at all to maintain or replace the furniture. The couch was extremely dirty and the rug was full of ugly stains, so not really welcoming and comfortable. Not ok for this price! “

"Keeva was a great host. Not only did she answer all questions at all times, she also provided a little guide to Chicago as well. All her instructions worked spot on. The appartement itself is wonderful, very inviting, cozy and clean. And just around the corner are some of the best dining spots in Bronzeville. If you want to visit downtown / the loop, public transport is within easy walking distance. But if you want to shop groceries, you should bring a car."
