Dieses Haus ist 1000 sq ft mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 1 Bädern. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, das zweite Schlafzimmer über zwei Einzelbetten und das dritte über drei Einzelbetten. Zen Hinterhof mit schöner Steinterrasse und Feuerstelle. Small home near downtown Fort Mill

Stayed here for thanksgiving break with our two young kids. Beds were comfy, clean linens. Lots of towels to use. Overall a good place to sleep, we did not spend too much time at the house. Very close to Walter Elisha which the kids loved.

Very average accomodation

This property would be fine if it had not had a pest problem. I contacted the owner and she was responsive but it was disappointing. Additionally, it was not very well appointed with supplies. We ran out of TP, and the cooking items were not very good quality. All of this makes this stay average.

Retirement Home Shopping

This is a cute little home that was extremely clean and organized with extras like supplying shower and laundry products and lots of spices in the kitchen. It seemed to be within 20 min or so of the lake, downtown Charlotte, and the surrounding areas as we drove around the region exploring for a future home. It was close to downtown Fort Mill with several restaurants. The kids enjoyed playing at the playground just a quick walk down the street. Check in and out are very easy. One bathroom took some maneuvering with 3 generations and 7 people, but it worked and there are lots of sleeping locations with 3 bedrooms, extra twin size pull out bed, pack-n-play and a sleeper couch. We recommend this location to friends.

Deck repair

The house was very clean. Beds were not very comfortable, decks are in terrible shape & rear deck is unsafe, they show a fire pit (none there), it also in 1 spot says Direct TV (no Direct.). But it was an average place to stay.

Comfortable stay

We enjoyed staying here while attending a tournament at the Rock Hill sports complex. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. It had everything we needed to relax. We brought our dog and there were lots of places to walk her safely. We did not see a fire pit, but chose to stay inside since it was cold out anyway.

Clean and practical

The first impression was suspect as the yard could use some maintenance (but it was the tail end of winter) and not all of the neighborhood is well kept. A maintainence guy could fix the little issues in a few hours (door issues, electrical outlets, twin bed support) and, I have learned if I don’t bring all the pillows I want, I need to wash what’s there. I would rather have a king bed and more than 1 TV, but I knew that prior. It was very clean and had the basics I needed.

Quick weekend getaway for soccer tournament⚽️

Perfect stay in every way!! Excellent location down a quiet and quaint street and was about 5 miles away from Rock Hill. We were able to enjoy some sights in Charlotte as well. The beds were super comfortable and the home amenities were amazing. Jenna was a great host and even received us with a bottle of wine on the table. Would definitely stay again!!!

Amazing!!!

We stayed here to flee Hurricane Irma and it was like a home away from home. Everything in the home made us feel so comfortable and the neighborhood was in the perfect location. We were right down the street from a huge park where we took our pups for long walks. We topped our last night off grilling burgers and making smores. It was like a perfect mini vacation!

Great property and location.

Property was very clean when we arrived however there was lots of flies in the house. Perfect location for what we needed. The shower needs some attention i was worried we may pull the lower tap off the wall when flicking the water over to the shower. Lots of room and kitchen was great with loads of room for cooking etc. I would have liked a kettle as we don't drink coffee and the coffee machine supplied made it taste like coffee. We boiled hot water on the stove top really old school lol. Thanks for a great stay the TV was awesome and kept my little one busy for a while each day. Parks were great and just up the road.

It was lovely, just as described

The house was comfortable and we'll suited for our family get away. It was off the beaten path but Google map brought us right to it. We used all of our rooms. The kitchen was high functioning. I loved the pots and dishes. We used the washer and dryer. Newer model, lovely. I would only suggest for kitchen new door hinges on laundry doors they were hard to slide open/closed. And brighter lighting over the kitchen table. But we still loved it. The Net Flicks/Hulu was a nice added bonus. But another quick suggestion the living room was warmer, even with air on...we did move the wall table off the air vent and it got a little better. The beds were very comfortable and the central air worked well throughout the house. We loved the area...close to stores and restaurants. We would definitely recommend it and we would definitely stay again.
