This former church has been converted to a beautiful, spacious 4-bedroom, 3 bath, 2 story home with 14' vaulted ceilings, massive beams, barnwood feature walls and barnwood door. Main floor has open kitchen with island and seating for 4, dining table with seating for 8, wet bar, and great room. Enjoy the 86" TV and 58" TV from anywhere in the main living area, even while playing shuffleboard.
The well-equipped kitchen is a great entertaining area! There is a grill on the patio to compliment what is being cooked in the kitchen. Also on the patio is relaxing outdoor living, complete with hot tub, gas fire pit and outdoor 42" TV.

Also on the main floor you will find the master bedroom with 50" TV and custom full bath, a 2nd bedroom (sleeps 2) and full bath. Lower level has family/game room with 44" TV and pool table, laundry room/half kitchen (sink and beverage fridge), 2 bedrooms (each sleeps 2) and full bath with additional bath sink/vanity outside the bathroom for additional area to get ready.

Room for 12 cars. If needed, ask about renting the motor home for additional sleeping quarters (sleeps 4). Also available for rent is set-up for your gathering (tent/tables/chairs/linens/etc.)...just ask!

The Village of Victor is an easy 10 minute walk and we have a list of restaurant recommendations to enjoy when you arrive. You'll love exploring the gorgeous lakes, wineries, distilleries, breweries, restaurants, hiking trails, and much more in the Finger Lakes.
