This Ranch home located in the heart of South ave Neighborhood. It has been recently renovated. Conveniently located walking distance to Highland Hospital and a few mins from Strong Hospital, University of Rochester Medical Center and College Town shopping and dining. We also provide all hotel-grade linens for a comfortable sleep away from home and High-speed internet (over 100 mbps). We are Pet Friendly just let us know ahead of time.

Guest will have access to the whole house beside a storage room and the basement (washer and dryer are on the first floor). Driveway will fit 2 cars but there is plenty of street parking.

South Ave / Linden St is an urban neighborhood located in Rochester, New York. Independent stores on the corner selling pizza. These are some of the hallmarks of neighborhoods with lots of small 2, 3, and 4 unit apartment buildings. The South Ave / Linden St neighborhood really stands out in this regard, however, as it is dominated by such small apartment buildings more than nearly any other neighborhood in America. This is a stunning visual and lifestyle example of this type of neighborhood.
