„Wir waren eine Woche mit Fam. in diesem Domizil. Als Villa/ Ferienhaus beschrieben- mussten wir feststellen, dass es sich nur um die obere Whg. im Haus- indem der Gastgeber mit Fam.selber lebt, handelt. Die Frau des Gastg. begrüßte uns, nach längerer Wartezeit, kurz angebunden- knappe Einweisung, ganz wichtig Mülltrennung und weg war sie. Und dann gab es keinen Tag wo irgend was nicht funktionierte- Abfluss verstopft, Spülmaschine kaputt, Duschschlauch- gerissen, Couch-Rückenlehne gebrochen und ...

„Wir haben unseren 11-Tages-Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Pamela ist eine sehr sympathische Person und auch Herr Romeo ist ein toller Gastgeber. Das Haus ist einfach wunderschön und der erste Eindruck war "wow". Den grünen Garten und Pool haben wir auch ausgiebig genutzt. (wird täglich am Morgen gereinigt). Die Lage des Hauses ist gut gelegen und man erreicht die nötigen Läden / Supermercato, Restaurants in kurzer Distanz (Fahrrad oder Auto). Auch das schöne Hafen-Städtchen Terracina ist ...

„Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit gepflegter Außenanlage und tollem Pool. Abgelegene Lage, aber noch in Laufreichweite zum Einkaufen und Essen (klare Empfehlung Vittorio). Zum Strand (Empfehlung San Felice Circeo) ca. 45-60min. Günstig gelegen für Besuche nach Rom (am besten mit der Bahn) und Neapel (Pompeji, Herculaneum). Wie hier schon erwähnt, sind die Hunde abends und nachts laut, in den Schlafräumen bei geschlossenen Fenster geht es aber. Maurizio ist sehr schnell erreichbar und hilfsbereit.“

„We have been in san felice for one week. All together we were 6 adults and 3 kids. it was a beautiful trip also because of this great house. We had enough space for all of us and the kids could play in this great garden. also the renter was a great person and helped as with all our questions. so i think we will come back on our next trip to italy thanks“

„Der Aufenthalt hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Constantino ist sehr bemüht einem beim Check-In alles zu zeigen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. „Great find for a 2 night stay off the beaten path for 4 adults and 5 children ranging from ages 3-12. Clean property. Easy check in/out. Owner/property manager was friendly and welcoming. Reminded us of a rustic villa you might find in Hawaii or parts of Southern California. All the rooms except 1 had AC, which was great. The best part, however, was the proximity to a 6KM beach only 5 minutes away. Cheap public parking (1 Euro per hour) and soft sandy beach with large sections of free access. ...
