„Das Haus ist sehr schön und groß, und entspricht den Bildern. Absolut empfehlenswert. Die Strände an der Adria sind mit dem Auto in 15-20 Minuten zu erreichen, zum Ionischen Meer ist es doppelt so weit. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind mit dem Auto in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Valentina hat uns gleich zu Beginn mit etwa 30 sehr guten Reise-Tipps versorgt.Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, mit viel Geschirr, Besteck, Gläsern, Induktionsherd, Backofen, Waschmaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, ...

„After a 10 day stay I can recommend this house late August. Two families with a dog, it was possible. The city of Otranto is attached and in 10 minutes you can reach the center and all commercial activities. In the vicinity there are beautiful villages both on the sea and in the hinterland. The food obviously yummy. There are many beaches within 10 km, sand or rock. The owners very nice and helpful.“

„Very nice property. The owner did a great job with the build out. spared no expense on the details. The property is off the beat and path and requires GPS to get there...However, it is a safe and secure area. The good thing is the house is 20-25 minutes away from all towns, beaches, St Andrea etc etc. super convenient as far as that is concerned. „We had a fantastic stay! The Villa is marvelous. Patrizia is a fantastic host. She helps you with everything, knows everyone in the area and introduced us perfectly to Salento, where we were the first time. The villa has four fantastic rooms (all with nice A/C), a perfect pool especially for kids (we had 2 - 6&8, good swimmers) and a lovely kitchen, nice patio. The village Spognano is lovely - lots of activities, nice surrounding. We will definitely come back! Loved it - 5 out of 5!“
