„Wir hatten ein schönes Apartment mit Blick auf Riesenrad Bo-Kaap Viertel und Lions Head. Im 27. Stock befindet sich der Pool mit Blick auf den Tagelberg. Ebenso ist dort noch ein Outdoor Gym. Sichere Wohnanlage mit 24/7 besetztem front desk. Parkhaus ist großzügig gebaut. Waterfront fußläufig erreichbar.“

„Das Check-in dauerte ewig! Nicht weil es viel zu tun gab, sondern weil sich 4(!) Rezeptionisten auf den Füssen standen und noch bisschen plauderten. Wir waren schon leicht genervt und erwarteten bzgl Unterkunft nicht sehr positives (der Erste Eindruck!), war dann aber alles okay. Die Strasse ist sehr laut, viel gehupe“

„Good day, I advise the host I arrived at the hotels, and the area was unsafe, and my car could not be parked safe. I had to find a last-minute accommodation after 5pm on a Wednesday evening during driving through peek Cpt traffic. All had to happen before my function started at 6pm. Not that I expected a refund but would've appreciated some kind an olive branch from the host just as a suggestion. As it was quite a stressful experience finding alternative accommodation.“

„The check-in process was frustrating. Guests are required to sit outside locked doors while wait for checkin at 3pm CAT. The reservations team is supposed to send guest’s registration link and access QR code but they refuse to send it before time because their checkin time is 3pm. I was there at 11am and had to wait outside the front door while waiting for access and was with other guests who experienced the same infuriating service.
