„The public areas were well kept and clean. As for the room, it was clean and fit our needs perfectly. Unfortunately, the sliding glass door with the lock was quite hard to open and close, the safe's batteries were dead and the dishwasher's top rack was falling out when we arrived. The safe was immediately fix. I didn't report the door or dishwasher as I'm not on vacation to do a pre-check of the room and schedule maintenance for IB. „Ein tolles Hotel, super Personal immer freundlich und sehr darauf bedacht den Gast zufrieden zustellen. Danke an Eduardo, Javier, Benny, Omar, Kenneth, Ronald, Jason, Valentina, Amanda ( wir hoffen wir haben Niemanden vergessen ) Der einzige Nachteil des neuen Hotels ist die Hellhörigkeit des Gebäudes. „I loved my room with a view of the ocean! I enjoyed hanging out at the pool, swimming from the hotel over to Ginger’s, and snorkeling in half Moon Bay.The Lands End staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the location and the easy walk to the West End. I had a great vacation!“

„It’s a great hotel, but they need to work on customer service. Also the window doors they have did not locked so that felt unsafe. Also I understand they are ecofriendly with the AC only being on when you are in the room but than they should have an 18BTU AC because the rooms are big and take a long time to cool down. Besides that, very comfortable beds and spacy rooms.“
