„Started quite bad with 2 receptionists doing half the job they were supposed to do. Forgot towel for swimming pool and bracelet, and to indicate where to go (difficult to navigate at first). Rest of the staff was nice. Food all-in is not all good, sometimes cold. My room was pretty minimalistic, but overall ok.“

„Despite the terrible weather in Roatan for our trip, Turquoise Bay was an excellent resort. We were contacted in advance of our arrival by the hotel asking if we need a shuttle in, and upon arriving we were greeted by lovely guest reception. All the restaurant staff were amazing and very friendly. I wish we had everyone's names to mention. A few that I can remember, Luis was always attentive and checking if we needed drinks, Edid (I think that's how to spell her name) was so friendly serving ...

„Super clean rooms, fantastic and responsive staff, beautiful pool and fountain, tropical paradise complete with sea turtle, bunnies, parrots, cats and a dog!! Comfortable beds! Room cleaned upon request. Stayed 2 weeks and they even did our laundry 2x! 20 years of excellence“

„My stay at the Reef House was exactly what I wanted. It has the old Roatan charm to an old dive shop that has the most welcoming staff I have ever met. From the owner Davey to Keith the IT/Bartender and the friendliest cook staff that makes great down home cooking. David the dive master has been out on the reef longer than most have known about Roatan. He knows some really cool places to see.“
