„This place is exactly what we needed for a girls weekend away. Nice cozy cabin. Excellent fire ring for a campfire. Hot tub set up is very nice. The property is beautiful, and there is a lot of wildlife around. The ponds on the property are really nice, containing lots of fish, frogs, tadpoles, salamanders, and other critters. Overallan excellent place!!. “

„The cabin was a great experience for me and my siblings! Everything was very nice and thoughtful, the location was beautiful! The river was on the other side so don't expect to fish or swim without a bit of climbing and walking through plants. Also the train tracks were a very nice walk and through our trip we never saw the train. But there was multiple spots around that where great for hiking and walking around town. The stairs don't have any carpet so be very careful on them as most of the ...

„We met some old friends of ours for a weekend stay. The place was perfect for 2 couples- 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and we shared the common area kitchen. we were too busy catching up to use the hot tub or the sauna. We could have used some more kitchen cleaning stuff (a sponge, scrubber or brush) but we made it work. When we got there the place was immaculately clean. I highly recommend. “

„This quiet, out of the way place was exactly as described and what we were hoping it would be. The pond across the acreage with deer and ducks was fun to watch while sitting on the porch. We enjoyed the birds, the chickens, the frogs, starry night sky - all the things in nature. It was a great place as a jumping off spot to drive to Helvetia and back. „Wonderful place to stay at. Loved the community feel even though wasn't expecting it. Also appreciated it was 15 minutes to nearest town, so great location to get around the area. Would definitely like to stay here again. Only thing i didn't like was all the additional fees at the point of checkout; would be better to just incorporate some of the fees into the actual nightly cost, but i think that's more of an application service issue and not the host,so why i didn't reduce stars.“
