„三世帯で行きました。ルスツリゾートに歩いて行けるし、近くの羊ちゃんというお店のジンギスカンが美味しくてロケーションも良好です。バスルームは3個あるし、ドライヤーコテアイロンも良いものが用意されているし、部屋はもちろん広くて綺麗。最高にリラックスできる素晴らしい宿でした。“

„Although this property is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from the ski lifts, we were offered a pick up on most mornings and afternoons. Our driver Nao was always extremely punctual, friendly and helpful. He drove us over to East Mountain directly on most mornings. He also picked us up from the shuttle bus on our arrival and dropped us off with our luggage to the bus on our departure. Nao also supplied us with a hot pot one evening which was absolutely delicious!“

„We stayed at the Sakura cottage and found its location very convenient to accessing the ski hills. Everyone at Bliss lodge was extremely helpful and friendly. They offered special nights showing how to make traditional Japanese food and offered advice on finding restaurants and transportation. We would highly recommend Bliss Lodge!“

„Such an amazing experience staying here for a week. Our group of 6 stayed in the Villa Tsubaki and had plenty of space. The entire Bliss staff were so kind, welcoming and friendly. Above and beyond service and hospitality. Cannot recommend staying here enough & will be happy to return in the future. “

„要知道這條街是有斜度，所以你用步行形式行進酒店🏨會比較辛苦，而自駕開車便沒有這個問題。這裏的服務十分一流，英語對答很流暢，而迎賓是不趕不忙，茶很好喝。上房後，望住羊蹄山，簡直是人生一大樂事。值得一提是，全房㸓的碗碟、廚具是名牌，要小心使用，恐防會壞掉而賠錢便扚戊慘（笑） “

„The Gondola Chalet was the perfect place for my group snowboarding at Grand Hirafu. Easy to find and check in. The chalets are walking distance to the King Gondola. So easy to get to the mountain first thing in the morning. The chalets have a great view, lots of room, very clean and everything you’ll need in the kitchen. We cooked at the chalet twice and walked to dinner nearby at some very yummy restaurants. This place is better than advertised. The concierge is very helpful and even left us ...

„We had a very comfortable stay with complete amenities in the house. Feeling calm and healing atmosphere as we were surrounded by a beautuful snowy landscape. Love the view especially morning sunrise as we can see Mt Yotei clearly from the room. The guest services is good as they have been accomodationg although earlier there was a few problems arising during our check-in. We might consider staying here again for our next winter hoilday.“

„A bit outside of the center of Grand Hirafu village but easily walkable. You have to go uphill a bit to get to the resort. The property itself is beautiful. Ideal for 6 or 7 guests (3 couples). Full kitchen but without salt/oil/spices so brine no your own if you plan to cook. Tsubara Tsubara right next door if you want amazing Japanese curry. Staff drive us back to the Chitose bus pickup on checkout. Would stay again if traveling with a small group. “
