„The worst experience ever, the sink was broken, the carpet is very old, the vents are full of dust and probably molds too. My first room was without a window and although the management upgraded my stay to a bigger room with a window, it was not up to the standards, this was very disappointing. i think this entire hotel needs renovation from the ground up.“

„War alles noch sehr neu da das Hotel erst vor zwei oder drei Monaten geöffnet hat. Der Gym ist ein bisschen klein. Das gilt auch für die beiden Pools auf dem Dach. Das Frühstück ist dafür sehr umfangreich, das Personal stets freundlich und immer sehr bemüht. Die Lage ist aufgrund der vielen Baustellen aussenrun derzeit nicht so prickelnd.“

„Das Narcissus ist ein Luxushotel mit einem sehr auffälligen, schwülstigen Dekor. Die Lage ist sehr gut, mitten im Businessviertel. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, Betten sehr bequem, Badezimmer alles super. Einzig die Klimaanlage war für meinen Geschmack zu laut. Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr gut!“

„One of my meetings got delayed so my checkout was a few minutes later. The staff made it flexible: just that made my stay positive. Without that gesture, I would have rated his hotel 3 stars. Plus: nice staff, spacious and clean room, walking distance to the metro, walking distance to a large mall. Minus: the bedroom has no window, the walls are so thin so you hear water pipes from toilets and showers upstairs, the hotel is against a mosque giving a clear wake-up call at 5:16 am, the gym ...

„Stayed in room 307 (Royal Suite) but you don’t get what you expect by the name. Window blinds - can’t open, bed is defect but ok if you’re solo, TV in bedroom not working. Gym bike missing pedals, one of the treadmills is run through… Overall the hotel needs an overhaul. On the positive side: people are friendly and the breakfast is satisfying. “

„Bisher kein positiver Eindruck von Riyadh, habe ausser Verkehrsstau nicht viel gesehen. Das Hotel ist einwandfrei, die Lokale mit Aussenbewirtung ( Italiener und Libanese) sind sehr nett. Zimmer ohne Blick auf die Stadt sind sehr trist!“

„The room was booked for a patient in King Faisal Specialist hospital , just after booking within 30 mins i asked for a cancellaton as the DR advised the patient not to leave the hospital . since 7th March upto 13th March daily i was asking for an update . but the hotel is not at all responsive by fone or email , neither hotels.com nor i could reach them and they refused cancellation on such circumstances although i know the room was non-refundable - but as a exclusion the hotel could have ...
