Si olvidas la comida, te ofrecen servicio de comida en un restaurante cercano (con costo), por lo que no tienes de que preocuparte Es de suma importancia que lleves tu repelente, por qué los mosquitos, son demasiados. „This is a hidden gem in Punta Mita. From the beachfront access to the comforts of the apartment and the easy access into town- it was ideal. The staff (Isabella and Rosina) makes all the difference- as it was very easy to plan for the stay and Susana was amazing at making us feel welcomed as well as making amazing meals for us each day. We will be coming back once again and staying here be it with a group but most likely just my wife and I as its that peaceful. “

„This was hands down one of the best vacations we have ever been on. The house is AMAZING, the pictures don’t even do it justice for how gorgeous it is. The views are spectacular and it’s a short walk down a private path to the beach. The house staff is unbelievable- they cooked us the most delicious meals, snacks, margaritas, and we’re so welcoming and friendly. Marco, the property manager, was incredibly helpful leading up to our stay, helping to coordinate transportation for us, grocery ...

She called us before to make sure we had everything we needed, she gave amazing recommendations for surf lessons, zip lining, restaurants, etc. We can’t wait to find another date to come back and visit! „I swear this house was the perfect mix of a peaceful sanctuary, but also right in the middle of town and literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. You can access some of the best restaurants and boutique cocktail bars right outside of the door, but we were also able to retreat, hang out in the courtyard, and have a completely peaceful environment. This house was so beautifully decorated and you could tell the owners put a lot of love into creating the space. We’re already planning our next trip! “

„We stayed for 2 weeks Feb 2025. The property manager Grecia was responsive to our messages and answered all our questions. Pablo, our concierge was waiting when we arrived and assisted us with parking our huge rental Chev Suburban. Neither of the 2 garage spaces could fully accommodate this vehicle and we had to leave the garage gates open as the tail end stuck out. This was a little worrisome as the gates stuck out a little and we worried that someone might hit them but it was fine! Pablo ...

„We stayed at the property for 2 weeks and rented a golf cart from Ray and Michele as well. Michele was lovely to deal with, very responsive and the list of favourite restaurants in the area was very helpful. Ray also took the time to show us around La Cruz when we arrived which was greatly appreciated. The negatives were cold showers as the water heating system was not working properly, and the house was very dark especially in the kitchen making food preparation difficult. For $150USD per night ...

„We very much enjoyed the Ancora . The only concern was there is a dog chained up outside next to property and never seen anyone there . His chain was tangled and could barely move for days . We brought it up to the front desk , so hopefully something is being done about it . “

Disappointing experience

"The check in was really the start of the bad experience because of a system issue between Hotels.com and Iberostar, the kids age was not correct and we needed to pay a lot more unexpectedly. In addition, the room was having an issue with the fire sensor and it was constantly flashing. The solution was to add tape to cover the light during the nights. Finally, I believe that the teams and employees help a lot and provide customer service, but due to orders and because of an out of common sense management, the full holiday was ruined. So not really interested in returning to an Iberostar hotel... "

A class of its own

"Great Hotel in Punta Mita with excellent service. Great Pools and jacuzzis. Excellent beach, very kind and helpful staff. Food and Drink prices are exaggerated though - it costs about twice as in other good hotels in Pta Vallarta area. Overall, excellent hotel that my wife and i enjoyed a lot."
