We stayed in the early spring and weather cooperated enough to enjoy a fire in the outdoor pit with the world’s most comfortable Adirondack chairs. Inside, the kitchen is the perfect size for our 4 adults. The couches are comfy for relaxing with a cocktail and great conversation. „It was a cold and dreary weekend, but warm and cozy in front of the fireplace at this home. We had a wedding in this town and was able to visit and gather with family and friends at this home and at the wedding. Communication with host was adequate. Plenty of towels, kitchen utensils and pots and pans and even a full supply of spices. There are no overhead lights in this house. More lamps, stand lights brighter lightbulbs would be helpful.“

„We had an absolutely wonderful time, from pulling up in an epic lightning storm that we enjoyed on the porch to sitting on the rocking bench near the lake enjoying the water and swans nesting. My partner kayaked both days, while I lounged and enjoyed the excellent kitchen (remember to bring your own Tupperware/plastic wrap). It’s a delightful house and the hosts were so welcoming. „Matt is a great host. Nice cottage with an up north feel. Kids loved the games, movies and playing by the lake. Colder temps so they couldn’t swim but just off the shore looks to be all sand.. Had a fire by the lake our second night. Definitely will return and do some fishing. Can’t beat the sunset off the lake whether your inside in the rocking chairs or sitting on the deck overlooking the lake. Great peaceful weekend! “

„We enjoyed our stay. The place was absolutely beautiful with the lake views. My only downfall, was that there are no window coverings except in the one bedroom. I am not a fan of the open concept to outside world at night. If that does not bother you then this is the place to stay. “
