„Die Lage war super, Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Am letzten Tag war die Auswahl beim Frühstück leider sehr begrenzt. Auf Nachfrage hieß es wegen Personalmangel!! Aber zu zweit standen sie am Empfang rum und schauten ins Handy. Wir sind von anderen TRU Hotels besseren Service gewohnt. “

„Sauberes, gut gepflegtes Hotel. Lage in Pineville und nach Charlotte, zur Autobahn ist super. Genau zwischen zwei Greenways gelegen. Für dieses Hotel ein exzellentes Frühstück. Pool und Sitzgelegenheiten draußen vorhanden.“

„Clean rooms helpful and friendly staff.“

„Gutes und sauberes Hotel. Gut erreichbar vom Interstate“

„Tolles Hotel mit sehr netten Personal. Alles tip top! Sauberkeit, Service, Internet und Zimmereinrichtung!“

„This hotel satisfied our needs for a night. The hotel is showing its age, especially the carpeting in the hallway, but the rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. There was an included breakfast which had quite a few choices.“

„Location was perfect. Overnight in route from Florida to the mountains in NC“

„Staff is not really friendly and breakfast is pretty boring, every day exactly the same stuff plastic/paper cups, plates etc. for an European pretty low budget and a lot of waste“

„Alles perfekt,gute Lage,freundliches Personal. Saubere Zimmer ,gutes Frühstück. “

„We truly appreciated everyone who works at Tru by Marriott in Fort Mill! Laura was a rockstar and helped us get checked in and settled. She was also so kind and friendly and talked with us like we were long lost friends. The hotel was great! Good breakfast options each day and fun game room to entertain our family while we waited for others. Very much appreciate everyone and everything!“

„Everything was 4 to 5 stars except we were woken up at 5:30 by a lot of banging in the hall. We were in room 124 right behind the kitchen. Not certain if it was kitchen staff or cleaning staff but it lasted for a minute or two. Then around 6 it happened again but this time only lasted about 15 seconds. Breakfast was good but that automatic pancake machine was almost useless. Would rather have the waffle makers back.“

„For the price ok“

„Book it! I loved everything about it safe and comfortable and clean. No complaints“

„Very convenient nice and clean hotel.“

„Convenient location, clean and comfortable rooms, good experience“
