„Hatten ein barrierefreies Zimmer bestellt und auch bekommen. Direkt gegenüber der Aufzugsanlage. Aussicht aus dem Fenster gleich null. Man schaute genau auf das Vordach des Einganges und dieses ragte fast komplett in das Zimmer. Rechts und links dran vorbei konnte man dann etwas sehen. Das hatte uns absolut nicht gefallen. Ein Umbuchen des Raumes war nicht möglich.“

„The King size beds are a nice height from the floor. I am only 4 foot 8 inches, and, in most hotels, I need something to step upon to get in bed. You have to watch the hot water. very hot. Yes, I would stay again.“
