„Das Zimmer ist eines von vieren und ist in einem sehr exklusiven Ambiente von Top-Restaurant und Tagungsbereich untergebracht. Das Frühstück wird um 8:00 Uhr vor der Tür abgestellt - und ist das einzige kleine Minus. Hat bei uns irgendwie nie richtig funktioniert. Ansonsten eine tolle Location.“

„VERY clean, my room was normal but enormous. It is very modern with movement detection lights in the hallway, and the staff was incredibly helpful always. The only downside is that parking is valet-only at $55 overnight, but to be expected in the area. It did add a level of security which I appreciated. Would definitely stay there again.“

„Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, überall im Hotel und besonders die Zimmer. Die Reinigung war begrenzt. Irgendetwas hat immer gefehlt, ob die Bodenreinigung oder wie die Betten gemacht wurden. Ich musste immer erinnern, dass wir drei Personen sind. Schlimm war die Gegend, scheint aber ein generelles Problem von Toronto zu sein. Sehr unsicher! Vor allem wenn man sehr früh morgens draußen laufen muss.“

"Tolles historisches Gebäude, dem man leider sein alter anmerkt. Vieles ist sehr schön renoviert, allerdings war der Platz nie für solche Dinge ausgelegt und das merkt man. Zimmer waren sauber aber klein. Man hört durch die Tür in den Gang und je nach Zimmerstandort die Aufzüge. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr gut geschult. Allerdings hatte ich das Gefühl wenn man dort nicht mit Geld um sich wirft, wird nichts für einen getan. Es wird niemals das Wort "Nein" verwendet, aber es werden einem sehr freundlich Ausreden erzählt. Fitness und Pool Bereich sollte mal renoviert werden. Sonst war alles sehr schick, viel Platz im Lobby Bereich, beim nächsten Mal würde ich woanders übernachten und nur für die Drinks und das Feeling her kommen."
