„We were a group of 6 adults and the house offered anything we needed. Whatever you need is nearby, grocery stores and national parks for example. It´s also a sanctuary if you want to escape the big Cities and enjoy nature. At least the driveway in front of the house is a little bit challenging but with the right car it will be no problem. Communication with the owner was perfect and they cleand the whole house just before our arrival.“

„Wonderful place to stay. We stayed 5 nights and wish we could retire here, it was that good!!! Susan is a wonderful host to work with, quick and thorough responses to every question. Quiet setting in the woods with no close neighbors. Upstairs offers a very private suite of your own if desired. We would definitely stay again.“

„The location is perfect for adventuring out in the area. We hiked, explored and ate at local restaurants; good food. The cabin is wonderful and fully supplied with everything needed. The hot tub is well maintained and felt great after long hikes. It is a cabin in the woods and was perfect for our anniversary getaway.“

„Our family of 7 adults came together for a long weekend and the house offered plenty of room, fully stocked kitchen to make most anything, great hot tub and game room. The house was furnished well, clean and very comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay! Great communication too!“

„This home is a beautiful property with a lot of space for your family to stay at while traveling to this part of Virginia! There are multiple options for sleeping, the kitchen is very well stocked, and there are 3 bathrooms, all with showers. „Our group of 10 senior golfers could spread out and enjoy the rec room, living room, and cooking amenities for our annual four-day trip. We cooked breakfast each morning, golfed all day and returned after dinner to relax The hot tub and out side sitting areas saw plenty of use. Looking forward to our next visit!“

„Great place to relax and enjoy the countryside. The cabin had every amenity we needed. Having morning coffee on the patio near the fireplace was very enjoyable. Dennis was very nice and explained everything thoroughly. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are visiting the area. “
