Their contact number from google was absolutely no help as all they are interested is making new booking and not for the current booking. „Excellent new hotel with extremely polite and courteous staff. Reception staff need a bit of training !! Especially AmanRaj who was not keen to listen to issues i wanted them to rectify after our checkout and said other guests are arriving so he needs to attend to them but when I looked back there was no-one behind me. „The hotel is nice and friendly. Best thing for me was it was ure veg restaurant and its' walkable distance from Railway Station.“

„There was no water or towels in room … I got so frustrated with lack of services that they have to change my room three times. Although staff did everything to help me , I think it was poor management by leadership team , I believe they didn’t provide enough resources to staff. The hotel need major upgrade and someone from top needs to take responsibility to fix things . Will not recommend anyone to stay “
