„Walking into the Southgate House was a great moment. The interior is done beautifully...it was so cool. The kitchen is great, downstairs bedrooms were comfortable, master bath is really unique, and the living area is spacious and well apportioned. But our favorite gathering spot was the rooftop. „This home met all our needs. Very clean. Even had a two car garage we could pull in to. Very nice. Only suggestion we had was to maybe have some room darkening curtains put up on the bedroom windows to help block out the street light from across the street. Otherwise a great stay. “

„We loved the Wee House. It was great at the end of the day to sit on the porch, listen to the birds, and watch the barges on the river. The kitchen had everything we needed. We especially liked the quilts on the beds--so cheerful and colorful. And the location was perfect--just two short blocks from Main Street so we could walk everywhere.“

„Absolutely adorable historical guesthouse. The hostess was very helpful pointing out restaurants nearby and showing off the history of the hotel. The only thing I would change is to reduce the number of "plug-ins" as the scent was a little overpowering.
