„We are a family of four and booked this hotel late in the afternoon while travelling home. We chose a non-refundable rate based on the photographs shown on the website. Upon arrival, we noticed a strong, stale carpet smell in reception. The staff were friendly, but Room 1031 on the 10th floor was unacceptable. „Buona struttura Personale gentile e disponibile“

„The good thing to say is that the receptionist was very friendly. And the covers in bed were clean. The room was very dusty. The shower was dirty (inside the shower it was okay though). When I arrived at 3pm I was told the room wouldn't be ready in three hours. Even though I was supposed to check in at 2pm. But the receptionist was kind to let me into wiFi and "guard" my luggage in the hallway. “
