„We are a family of four and booked this hotel late in the afternoon while travelling home. We chose a non-refundable rate based on the photographs shown on the website. Upon arrival, we noticed a strong, stale carpet smell in reception. The staff were friendly, but Room 1031 on the 10th floor was unacceptable. It had the same unpleasant smell, no air conditioning in one room, and barely functioning, noisy air conditioning in the other. We were told there were electrical problems and that someone ...

„Zimmer im Hotel war klein, aber alles erforderliche war da - funktionierende Klimaanlage, kleiner Kühlschrank, Safe, Badezimmer mit Dusche. Zimmer ist hellhörig - man kann den Nachbar beim Schnarchen oder Fernsehen hören. Sauberkeit war ok. Umgebung: U-Bahn und Supermarkt gleich in der Nähe, keine gute Wohngegend Frühstück: mittlerer Standard, leider das meiste einzeln verpackt“

„The room was excellent and everything the family needed, especially for the price! Our only issue was the surrounding area and condition of the building exterior felt unsafe (was not unsafe though) and the parking was filled up fast during mid to end of day. Overall a great property and place to stay for a trip to Milan.“

„Place was dirty when we arrived. Probably it was used for some party, as everything smelled like cigarettes. Location of the apartment is very good, area seems safe. Kit with detergent, sponge and dish soap was very helpful. “

„The good thing to say is that the receptionist was very friendly. And the covers in bed were clean. The room was very dusty. The shower was dirty (inside the shower it was okay though). When I arrived at 3pm I was told the room wouldn't be ready in three hours. Even though I was supposed to check in at 2pm. But the receptionist was kind to let me into wiFi and "guard" my luggage in the hallway. “
