Perla del Atlántico

If you are looking for a tropical place where you can hear the birds chirping their happy songs and the rosters crowing, where you can be surrounded by the green foliage of all sorts of tropical trees, and where you can relax and unwind from the business of life, then “Perla del Atlántico” is the right place for you! This villa has 3 spacious bedrooms, with large closets and each has its own private bathroom. There is a total of 5 beds to accommodate 10 guests comfortably. The living room and dining room combined makes it for a grand room for your group. The sliding glass door opens into the beautiful outdoor terrace, adding more room for gatherings of family friends. The new kitchen, is fully stacked with all needed utensils. From the kitchen, you can access the open and airy laundry room.

Pearl Villa is located in the town of Rio San Juan. The town of Rio San Juan is located on the north coast of the Dominican Republic. This town has a population of 17,000 residents and is recognized for its beautiful beaches and the iconic Gri-Gri Lagoon in the heart of this unique town. Perla del Atlántico is your home away from home. The villa has been recently renovated, is fully equipped and tastefully decorated for our guests enjoyment.

Perla del Atlántico is a second floor apartment. Our guests will be provided with an entry code to the main gate as well as the front door. Our guests will receive the entry codes prior to their arrival.

Our guests can always contact us through Airbnb with any questions or concerns. Also, WhatsApp or text messages is a very reliable form of communication. WhatsApp is free of charge as long as our guests are connected to WiFi or data. We are just a call away.

We appreciate our guest’s full cooperation with keeping the noise down after 10:00pm. The house is strictly non-smoking. We strive to keep the house fresh, clean and free of allergens. No parties are allowed in the house.

Getting around the town of Río San Juan can be done on foot or by car. We recommend having a car available if wanting to explore the area. The closest beach is the town’s iconic Carleton Beach, which is located just about a 5 minutes car ride. Our guests can also walk there, but should plan for a 20-30 minutes walk. Los Minos Beach is located just minutes from the Gri - Gri Lagoon. Both locations can be reached on foot about 15-20 minutes or by car under a 5 minute drive.

Perla del Atlántico seats at the edge of town, with nice views of the nearby hills.
Our guests will find the house quite easily, especially if using Google map. The house is located on the main road that leads to Cabrera.
Even though the houses is located just outside town, it is very close to everything in the town of Río San Juan.
The Supermarket Fermín is within walking distance from the house, at the first traffic light in Río San Juan.
If you turn right at the light that’s the Main Street and will take you all sorts of shops, restaurants, the Gri-Gri Lagoon, Los Minos Beach and eventually you will come to “El Rompe Olas” “The Waves Breaker” which is a beautiful maritime art sculpture that proudly displays the name of the town of Río San Juan, overlooking the ocean. A great place for group picture!
