Tranquil garden setting, but near town.

Lovely peaceful place to stay. With just 3 rooms, it was great to feel safe in these Covid times. I spent just one night there to break a long journey, but would happily stay again. Owners very friendly. Room very clean and had all I needed.

Had an excellent 4 night stay. Breakfast enormous n satisfied us for the day. Mike n Shirl absolutely lovely hosts. Would definitely recommend.

Catered for Vegan

Brilliant stay, so friendly and welcoming! Only stayed 1 night but would of quite happily stayed longer. Really comfortable beds and clean rooms. Breakfast was great, good size and they even catered for me being vegan when they didnā€™t have too, was only expecting the bits he mentioned the night before (which was more than enough) but ended up with vegan sausages as well. Will definitely return!

We were very happy with the room and the owners were very friendly and breakfast was enormous...the only problem was the shower was too small and hot water was too intermittent

Check in very easy - Mike was there to hand us the key & tell us about everything. The property was a great 1 of 3 annexes in their back garden so total privacy - only had to go in for breakfast, which was fine as we liked a later breakfast than the other guests. Mike & Shirl were wonderful hosts - the breakfast was excellent - lots of choice & top ups. The beds were comfortable & facilities in the annex very good & knowledge of places to eat really good, especially as a lot of places were only open for takeaway. We would return happily.

Great little B&B which is a self-contained unit within the grounds of the ownersā€™ home. Off street parking is provided behind secure double gates. We arrived on a chilly afternoon and the radiator was already on giving us a cosy welcome. Generous tea tray was appreciated after a long drive, and the WiFi details are provided on the key ring - a thoughtful touch. Mike is a very genial host who cooks an absolutely superb breakfast and couldnā€™t have been more accommodating. We only stayed one night and will definitely return when we are in the area again. Peaceful as set back off the main room. A detached two property dwelling is set in the grounds of the owner's house. Own private front door into a lovely twin room with spacious en suite. Off road parking. Delicious cooked breakfast, and charming proprietors.

Cosy stay

Lovely room, nice and warm. Hosts were very friendly. Very good breakfast. Location was ideal for Ringwood and surrounding area. Only criticism would be the bathroom/wet-room, it would have been better to have a mop to dry up a bit otherwise you couldn't get to the sink/toilet without getting your feet wet!! Will definitely be back again.

A hidden gem

Lovely individual set up in pleasant garden. Quiet and very secure, good parking. Comfortable room and good wetroom. Tasteful decor and good facilities. Good breakfast and good value for money. The " icing on the cake" are the proprietors, Shirley and Mike, who are very welcoming, very friendly and for whom nothing seems too much trouble. They have created a lovely place with a lovely atmosphere. They certainly know about customer service. Many top class hotels could learn a thing or two from them!

Up with the very best!

Brilliant! one of the best we've ever stayed in. Could not have been more helpful. Beds really comfy, delicious breakfast. We arrived very late, which didn't faze them a bit. cannot recommend them too highly. Just passing through, so cannot rate the local area. Very secure parking.

Fantastic stay, just like the last time. The owners are really friendly and made me feel very welcome. Nothing was too much and the standard and attention to detail on the rooms were exceptional !
