„The attention to providing a genuinely hospitable experience was so evident from each person. An unexpected oasis in Virginia. From the start, we got personal attention from Sherry who made sure our room was set up well, even changing the thermostat so my disabled child could have the cooler temps she needs. „Easily accessible. Easy check in and out. Very clean the beds were super comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were reasonably given it was during VT and Radford graduations. We had brunch in the restaurant. The food was very good. They could use additional staff it did take a while to get our food They had only one cook and two servers. Other than that I would definitely stay there again. “

„Hello stayed there 4 days for my son’s graduation at VT the place is very conveniently located to visit Virginia tech shopping and other things miss Bela at front desk was very helpful she nicely decorated the place for graduation awesome service will visit again Thank you 🙏 “

„Nice hotel that was clean, despite the construction. The breakfast was ok, but there was no juice or water available. When I asked the attendant she rudely told me she was out, not offering an alternative. I went to the front desk and the attendant was more than nice to offer bottled water and offered us more afterwards.“

„I could hear tv from next door, but what was shocking was the teeny tiny room size. There was a huge closet but trying to get comfortable was difficult with all the mirrors, walls closing in and noise. There was barely enough room to walk around. Maybe more like a room on a train or plane than a hotel.“
