The interior features a comfortable full-size bed, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing your favorite meals. The property also includes a solar water heater and private covered parking for added convenience.

You`ll be just 7–10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Rincón and Aguada, where you can swim, surf, and enjoy breathtaking sunsets.
