„Schönes und sehr komfortables Appartment in Rom. Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Vom Bahnhof Tiburtina 350 Meter zu Fuß. Von dort Metro und Bus-Anbindung in die City und direkte Zuganbindung zum Flughafen Fiumicino ohne umsteigen. Das Appartment war neuwertig mit sehr moderner und kompletter Ausstattung. Keine typische Touristenlage. Dennoch viele Geschäfte und kleinere Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung. Preisniveau in der Umgebung deutlich günstiger als in der direkten City.“

„Great apartment in a good part of Rome without too many tourists. Very comfortable. It has a nice patio, and the beds were comfortable. Good communication with the contact person. Easy to walk to from the Tiburtina Station. Coffee shops, grocery stores, and gelato nearby. Air conditioning. “

„This was a perfect place for four people. Plenty of space and not a far walk to the Metro into Rome proper or the train station if you're arriving that way. We drove in and there were plenty of parking garages nearby, though street parking would have cheaper if we could've found it. “

„Daniele hat uns zum vorher ausgemachten Zeitpunkt in der Wohnung erwartet, uns alles erklärt und die tip-top saubere und ruhige Wohnung übergeben. Für den Abreisetag half er uns, ein punktliches Großraumtaxi für die Rückreise zu organisieren! Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung, von der aus wir bequem mit dem Bus in die Stadtmitte gekommen sind, sehr genossen.“

„La posizione dell’appartamento e il riscaldamento sono ottimali, ma i lati positivi finiscono qui… La pulizia inesistente, capelli e sporcizia ovunque, in cucina si convive con una perdita dal soffitto, porta del corridoio senza mostrine e impossibile da chiudere. Le chiavi dell’appartamento tutte unte. Il pavimento? Sono più puliti e dritti i sanpietrini di Roma! Il camino carino e funzionante, ma una diavolo di scopa per togliere i resti della legna la vogliamo fornire agli ospiti? Che dire… ...

„This property is gorgeous, with such interesting details. The only reason I didn’t give our stay a perfect rating is due to how difficult it was to find and we could have used tips on parking in the area. After driving around for a very long time, we chose a spot we weren’t sure of and got a ticket! If you are better at navigating than we Americans, then you will be THRILLED with property!“

„Beautiful apartment, as listed. Our family of 8 found this home to br comfortable. I loved there was a supermarket so close and the kitchen was well-equipped so we could cook breakfast easily. The Metro was a quick walk and easy access to the main attractions. “
