The space

Nestled among mature trees on the shores of beautiful Big Rideau Lake, this private waterfront retreat offers the perfect setting for families and friends to relax and reconnect. Located in a quiet bay with minimal boat traffic, it's an ideal spot for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and paddleboarding, while still being just a short ride from the open waters of the main lake.

Guests can enjoy the provided kayaks, paddleboards, and fishing equipment, spend afternoons swimming from the private dock, or bring their own boat to explore the lake. As the day winds down, gather around the lakeside fire pit with complimentary firewood and take in the peaceful waterfront setting.

A charming footbridge welcomes you to the home, where an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room create a warm and inviting space for everyone to come together. The main floor also features a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom.

Upstairs, you'll find the primary bedroom with a king bed and private access to a screened-in porch overlooking the property, an ideal place to unwind with a morning coffee or evening drink while the kids are asleep. Two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a full bathroom with a separate soaking tub complete the upper level.

The lower level is designed for fun and relaxation, featuring a games room with a pool table, fooseball table, darts, TV, and comfortable seating area. Two additional bedrooms are located on this level, one with a queen bed and one with a twin bed.

Step outside to enjoy the property's many outdoor living spaces. The spacious deck offers plenty of seating and access to two screened-in gazebos, including one that houses the hot tub. Another screened gazebo is located closer to the water, providing a peaceful place to relax and enjoy lake views.

A short walk leads to the lakeside fire pit and scenic lookout, while steps down to the shoreline bring you to the private dock, Adirondack chairs, and direct access to the calm waters of Big Rideau Lake.
