„Stayed only for one night, so can't say much about it. Arrived quite late after long ride from London. Room was clean and seemed to be freshly refurbished - very positive. Quiet location (not sure what all is nearby). Staff friendly and helpful and breakfast was nice.“

„Zum Royal Hotel gibt es zu sagen, dass vorallem die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich waren, wie überhaupt die meisten Menschen in der Gegend. Das Hotel ist sehe gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr abgebunden, zum einen hat man die Möglichkeit zum Kay zu laufen und dort Busse in alle Richtungen zunehmen und zum andern kommt dierkt vor der Tür Stagecoach 21a vorbei welcher einen dierkt zur weiter Reise nach Barnstable an den Bahnhof bringt. (Man muss allerdings durch winken auf sich aufmerksam machen) ...

„We had an overnight stay here for a friend's birthday and really enjoyed our stay , It's not the Ritz as some previous reviewers seemed to expect,but it was clean ,the guy on the reception was friendly and helpful and we managed to use the outdoor swimming pool.An ideal location for what we needed ,“

„We stayed in the garden suite. It was lovely. My only criticism would be that one of the legs on the futon in the living room area was broken. Our Daughter said the bed in the smaller bedroom wasn't very comfortable so we used spare duvets and a blanket to make it more comfortable. The small garden area was ideal for our dogs to be able to give them some space to toilet etc. The food in the pub was very nice, my only criticism would be the lack of vegetarian options. Overall we enjoyed our stay. ...

„Stephen was a wonderful host showing us our room on arrival and explaining arrangements there. Room 3 was extremely well appointed with our own entrance and outdoor space. The small kitchen area included a microwave great for a cosy meal in. The continental breakfast was amazing and really set you up for the day. Set in quiet countryside outside Bideford with easy access to local attractions and exploring the countryside. A really relaxing break for us and would definitely recommend staying ...
