„This lake cottage was peaceful, serene and just plain magical! The screened porch was a wonderful cocoon from which we enjoyed views of the lake and wildlife while sipping coffee and eating meals. The binoculars provided came in handy when viewing the eagles, loons and the blue heron which fed at the shoreline. The towels were plush, the bed was comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. „The cottage was great but the check-in was very stressful. Owner did not send email with info until Saturday morning and it went to my Spam folder. No one was on site when I first got there but someone working in the garden got hold of the owner and let me in. Website says check-in was after 3PM but owner said it was 5PM. Needs to update that on website. After a10-hour drive I was not happy.“
