Parking at the property is available via the driveway. There`s also free street parking in front of the home. Please do not park in the grass.

We do not provide couches as sleeping accommodations; only the beds provided are intended for sleeping purposes.

We kindly ask guests to consider this before booking to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all.

Extended Stay Policy:

Mid-Stay Cleaning For bookings of 28 nights or longer, a professional mid-stay cleaning is required. This service ensures the home remains in excellent condition throughout your extended visit. An additional cleaning fee will apply and must be remitted separately after booking. We will coordinate directly with you to schedule the mid-stay cleaning at a convenient time. !

****For your awareness, exterior security camera(s) are in place and actively record the property`s exterior, public-facing areas at all times—including during reservations. Please note that there are no cameras located inside the home or in any private areas.****!

Please note: A 4% non-refundable credit card fee will apply to all payments. This helps cover the cost of secure payment processing.
Pet Policy:
We do not permit pets, and this policy is non-negotiable. If pets are found to be in the property there will be a $250 deep clean fee charged and $100/day charge for everyday the pet remains.

Smoking Policy:
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Should any evidence of cigarette or marijuana use be found after your departure, a fee of $250 will be charged.

Appliances:
Due to strict insurance and fire safety regulations, no appliances (indoor or outdoor) are permitted to be installed or used other than those already provided at the property. This includes portable AC units, space heaters, extra refrigerators, or outdoor cooking equipment. Please use only the appliances provided in the home to remain in compliance with our safety coverage. To ensure fire safety, guests are required to clean the dryer lint trap after every load.


Damage Policy:
Any actions by guests or their invitees that result in damage to the property or its contents—whether intentional or due to negligence—will permit the host or owner to deduct the associated costs from the security deposit. This includes expenses related to restoring the property or replacing items as necessary.


Laundry Supplies:
Please note that we do not provide laundry supplies.

Mail & Package Delivery: Guests are strictly prohibited from receiving personal mail or packages at this property. We recommend using a local `Amazon Locker` or `Post Office General Delivery` for any necessary shipments. The host is not responsible for any mail sent to the property, and any mail received will be returned to sender.

Footwear: To help us maintain a clean home for you, we kindly request no shoes inside. If you require footwear for safety or accessibility, please ensures they are free of outdoor debris.
