We’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years, and unfortunately each visit has gotten progressively worse. Our most recent stays on February 12 and February 19 were especially disappointing.
We were not informed ahead of time that the entire hotel was under renovation, which affected everything from noise to room quality. During our first stay, our room had stained sheets, which is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a Hyatt.
Our second stay was even more frustrating. The shower overflowed, and we were told there was no maintenance staff available until the next morning. This forced us to repack everything late at night and move rooms so I could shower my daughter. The new room wasn’t much better—there was no mattress protector, the room smelled strongly of paint, and the shower sputtered and dripped loudly all night.
Despite all of these issues, we were not offered any compensation for the inconvenience. To top it off, the breakfast was cold and lacked variety, which added to the overall disappointment.
I do not recommend this hotel. These experiences were far below Hyatt standards, and we left extremely dissatisfied.
