Hotels Richmond

„Wir kamen mit Fahrrädern an und die Rezeptionistin gab uns ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss statt das vorhergesehene im 1. Stock. So konnten wir die Räder einfach ins Zimmer mitnehmen. Auch sonst war das Personal sehr freundlich.“

„My non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke. I had to leave after one night even though I paid for 2 nights“

„Wonderful historic hotel with all the charm of 1940’s Enjoyed the spa, but timing was a little off to get both a massage and use of facilities. Prior guests trash and towels were left outside our room. Otherwise, recommend!“

„Grauenhaft, Pool war geschlossen“

„Bed was very comfortable and rooms were clean. Great coffee and friendly staff.“

„ok“

„The staff was amazing, we left our wallets in one of the rooms and they help us out and returned them. Added a joke or two to ease the anxiety. Max was amazing.“

„I’m not one to complain, but this place was horrible! The gentleman that ran the front desk and took my call about the air conditioner not working in my room had the worst attitude! I will never stay there again!“

„My visit was disgusting. The hallway and entryway look like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. The staff was nonexistent. The person who checked me in was virtual and it took a long time because she couldn’t see my drivers license. When I got to my room, the bedspread was either dirty or stained. There were long hairs in the sink. Those two things alone made me question if anything was clean. I was exhausted and I knew there was no person to talk to so I just went to bed. I slept in my clothes ...

„Super cheap and it ain't gross honestly“

„All in all, it was a good stay. The gentleman that ran the place made sure we had our key even though we showed up late. My only complaint was that the air conditioner/heater did not have a working constant fan button. Button would not work. Other than that, it was an easy stay and quiet for the family“

„It's a good place to stay right next to the Interstate.“

„Everything was really clean, the breakfast was better than the normal continental breakfast. And the staff was very friendly.“

„Clean room and comfortable bed“

„The beds were springy, the breakfast was great, the hot tub was broke and the water was gross, the parking lot had trash all over.“

„Only problem we had was the AC / Heat unit in room 113 made a lot of noise!“
