„Im WC roch es ziemtlich nach Kloake. Draussen bellt oder heult die ganze Nacht ein Hund wahrscheinlich an einer Kette. Das Bett ist ziemtlich unbequem.“

„Super kinderfreundliches Hotel. Großer SPA Bereich mit unterschiedlichen Textil-Saunen. Essensbuffet war hervorragend.“

„The hotel is situated in the mountains. We travelled here by the vintage narrow mountain train and arrived at a derelict train station. I contacted the hotel who kindly organised a taxi collection for us. The hotel is clean and the room was really nice and the bed is comfortable. I like the fact the hotel provide a bowl of fresh fruit in the room. The hot spring pools were lovely and great they stay open until 8pm. The restaurant food was really nice and also reasonably priced. The breakfast ...

„Located near the Kleptuza lake in Velingrad, Bulgaria, this place is perfect to visit with your adult parents - the aqua jets are designed to massage the entire body, and specifically feet, shoulders, and back, parts that need the special mineral water treatment, so the peripheral nerve system is reenergized. The local food is fresh and delicious, and the staff is very friendly.“

„Everything was very clean, great facilities, good selection of food. The only improvement would be the bed in the room. We stayed in 804 and the mattress was so worn it had dips in it which made for an uncomfortable sleep.“

„Alles top “

„Das Mineralbad war prima, gutes Heilwasser und rücksichtsvolle Bulgaren im kleinen Becken, so dass ich meine gymnastischen Übungen machen konnte. Am Ostertag tanzten viele die unterschiedlichen Reigentänze. Vegetarier werden mit den Fleischbergen aber nicht glücklich und die Nudeln sind schrecklich verkocht.“

„Hotel Review I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff, especially at the reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The rooms were spacious, which added to the comfort of our stay. Another highlight was the large and varied breakfast selection, which exceeded our expectations. On the downside, the hotel is a bit outdated, particularly the spa area, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, having a car is essential as the location is not very ...

„Für ein bulgarisches Hotel wirklich super freundliches Personal (sind ja aber auch viele aus Griechenland). Shuttle Bus zum Lift. Sehr schönes Zimmer durch Upgrade, vielen Dank!“

„Ein sehr schönes Hotel in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, das Zimmer war sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Das Personal immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir werden bestimmt wieder dort buchen! “

„We, 3 pers.and a dog, stayed for 4 nights in 2 different roomsin Rahoff.Very friendly, warm and helpful hotel owners. Very clean hotel. Spacious rooms. Sauna & Yacouzi were well working, ideal for 2pers. Extensive, good breakfast with home made Bulgarian specialities and differences in the daily offer. Diner also with typical Bulgarian recipes. Little minus: From the hotel to the Gondola (ski/snowboard)) takes at least 7min. The last day of our stay, the ventilator in the bathroom was blocked. ...

„Un accueil chaleureux et professionnel.“

„Alles was perfect “

„Arrived at the hotel but the man could not locate our reservation albeit we had only booked a few minutes before. He suggested we were at the wrong hotel but then showed us to the room. He wasn’t very friendly! We left the hotel at 8:45am but the reception was closed and nobody around. We called a phone number twice that was on the door but nobody answered so we had to leave the key on a hook on the door!!“

„Zimer, personal und das esen war gut“
