This stunning villa has 3 fully airconditioned
bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and 2 with double beds. Two of the bedrooms
feature ensuite bathrooms with a shower. Also, there is a sharing bathroom with
a shower as well. The decoration style in warm colors will make you relax and
enjoy your holidays to the fullest. Guests will find a fully equipped kitchen
suitable for any meal preparation as well as a seating area. Also, there is a
living room with a smart Tv with cable channels and Netflix where you can relax
and enjoy your company while arranging your next outdoor activity! All areas
are fully air conditioned and there is free WIFI access throughout the
property. Outdoors, there is a marvelous private swimming pool surrounded by
its sunbeds and the breathtaking sea view. You can also find BBq facilities
where you can prepare a delicious meal and have a gathering with your loved
ones. Also, theres an outdoor giant chess game for fun moments by the pool.
And for those who dont miss their workout even on vacation the villa provides
you with outdoor gym equipment! This villa has everything you might need to
feel comfortable and at home.
The villa is located within a 7-minute driving distance from Afantou village, close to all kinds of conveniences such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and car rentals. The villa is quite close to the cleanest beach of the island, Traganou beach, in only a 10-minute drive. The crystal clear blue water of the sea deepens abruptly as you walk in, making swimming exciting and enjoyable. The villa is also close to some of the best beaches of the island close to Afantou beach. You can also find the golf course on the island. Along with this beautiful beach, visitors can find coffee shops and bars serving cold drinks, as well as restaurants serving fish and traditional food. The villa is also close to the best beach on the island Tsampika only a 15-minute drive. This beach stretches over 1 km and combines soft, golden sand with crystal clear and shallow waters. o From 01/04 to 31/10: 15EUR per night
o From 01/11 to 31/03: 4EUR per night
