Villa with private swimming pool in a quiet area. The villa is located on the first floor and has two bedrooms with a double bed in each one, two bathrooms , a living room with TV and a fully equipped kitchen. All the rooms are air conditioned. There is satellite TV , Internet TV with NETFLIX , YOUTUBE and AMAZON TV, WiFi , BBQ , Washing Machine and secure private parking.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the electric devices and cooking utensils. There is refrigerator , oven , electric cooking hobs , microwave , toaster , coffee machine , blender , kettle , dishes , water glasses , cups, silverware and all the cooking utensils.

The house has balconies with beautiful views to the sea and to the area. In the private swimming pool there are tables with chairs , sunbeds and umbrella. Also in the swimming pool area there is BBQ.

Fresh fish and local traditional Greek dishes are served in the near-by restaurants. Fresh bread and pastries are available at the local bakeries every morning. Sun-loungers and umbrellas can be hired at the beach. In general the area is very quiet with nice and clean beaches and is famous for the natural environment and the local food.

Cleaning service and linen change is provided free of charge twice a week , it includes bed lined and towels change and room cleaning. The time of the cleaning will be arranged with you.

On your arrival I will welcome you at the house for the keys and information and you will be offered a 'welcome' basket with local traditional products , honey , olive oil , wine , fruits and much more.
