„This house is a great stay for a family. Close to shops and beaches. The fenced yard gives extra security for a family with children. We had the best time making S’mores around the fire pit. The outside shower was a huge hit. The outside shower fixture was incredible. We all enjoyed being able to come from the beach and clean up. Plenty of towels for the house, beach and spotless sheets! We had a wonderful time exploring all of the beaches and fishing spots. The hosts are quick to respond to ...

„The bedrooms are cozy and the gathering spaces are large. The living room has plenty of space to gather and the outdoor firepit with covered sitting area is another nice place to spread out. You'll find everything you need for your stay and well as a few personal welcoming touches.“

„My family booked this home for a birthday getaway weekend and it was wonderful. The building and property are beautiful and well maintained. There are so many beds and private spaces that everyone had plenty of room while we were there. And while the inside of the house is great, the back along the lake was truly exceptional. The patio has plenty of seating and a spectacular view. We could not recommend the is property enough. “

Check in process was simple, the house & location was perfect for us, the drive to URI was fairly short, and we were away from the crowd of Kingston. Our family was happy with the house, the downtown area and the closeness to the beach.We had a small hiccup with the kitchen, and Michael was quick to response and resolved the issue. We would book this house again, since we did not get to see the entire area due to graduation ...

„We were a moms and daughters party of six so a big selling point was 4 bathrooms. The house was clean and had a beautiful backyard and water view. The host was quick to respond when we had issues. Plenty of sleeping options in the three bedrooms. Would recommend “

„We had a great time at this property. There were 8 of us and plenty of space. The downstairs has a space with 2 bedrooms and a tv area that was perfect for the kids. It gave them their own space which they loved!! Would definitely recommend this home to others.The street was a little busier than we anticipated however that also meant lots of convenience. Walgreens, Dunks, ice cream shop and much more within minutes or walking distance. We had a great trip.“

Great location with an according price!

"Das Hotel liegt super zentral in New Shoreham, und nach hinten grenzt das Hotel direkt an einen Strand. Es gibt ein Restaurant, eine Beachbar und eine Frühstücksbar mit gutem Essen. Die Atmosphäre ist cool, die Einrichtung geschmackvol, modern, minimalistisch. Unser Zimmer hatte einen tollen Ausblick auf den Strand, war aber aber extrem klein (besonders bei einem Preis von über 700$ pro Nacht). Was sehr schade, aber auch sehr amerikanisch war: das Essen wurde in allen Bereichen, auch im Restaurant, auf Wegwerf-Geschirr präsentiert. "
