„Keine Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter vor der Anreise möglich,nicht erreichbar. Vermeintliche Vermieterin hatte angeblich keine Ahnung von unserer Buchung. Das Haus war kalt als wir am 10.12.2023 abends ankamen. Die zwei zur Verfügung gestellten E-Heizkörper sollten wir am Ende mit 60€ für die 2 Wochen bezahlen. Die Gasheizung wusste sie anfänglich nicht anzustellen,diese mussten wir täglich mehrere Stunden komplett abstellen,weil das eine gesetzliche Vorgabe wäre. Unsere Recherche hierzu ergab ...

„Wir haben dort 1 Woche verbracht und waren sehr glücklich dort oben. Die Aussicht ist grandios, die Ruhe tut einfach gut. Ja es ist abgelegen, aber dennoch ist die Verkehrsanbindung gut. Wir haben einige Ausflüge unternommen (Cinque Terre, Genua, etc,). Einkaufen geht gut im nächsten Ort. Leider ist der Kühlschrank relativ klein, zu klein um ausreichend Getränke und Lebensmittel zu kühlen, das Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank ist mini, die Kühlakkus bleiben flüssig. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war ...

„It was challenging to find the location. The host should’ve have met us. The VRBO location on my app was wrong. You must have a car or use a taxi each time you want to get to the house. It is a very arduous climb. I’m in excellent shape and it was hard. There is a very narrow spiral staircase between the sleeping level and kitchen. Could be dangerous and it was annoying. There was no hot tub or washer As advertised.The view was pretty. Pleasant to sit and have a drink and meats and cheeses. “

„Pros: Sehr nette Ferienwohnung mit wunderschönen, eingezäunten Garten. Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst hilfsbereit, lieb und fürsorglich! Sehr bequeme Betten und eine allgemein gute Ausstattung. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Hunden dort und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. „The railway station is directly below the apartment. This wasn't noted or listed and wasn't shown in the photo's. I was really disappointed that this wasn't made clear. The space also looks more new and fresh in the photos than it really is. The space is functional and generally clean, but things were old, dated and partially broken. I think the price didn't match what we paid for. The view from the balcony was amazing though, that was the biggest highlight. “
