Svala Apartments consists of eight beautiful apartments on 3 floors, located on Laugavegur, Reykjavík’s main shopping street. All the apartments are modern and have everything you might need to make your stay luxurious and comfortable.

The Space:
Svala Apartments offer two studio apartments. These beautiful and bright studio apartments offer luxury and comfort. They feature a private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with a shower. The apartment is 32 square meters and sleeps 2 persons in two single beds (can be arranged together to create a double bed setup). Bed linens and towels are included.

Check in at your own convenience with our simple self-check-in process. Check-in details will be sent via email before arrival, and support is available 24/7 if needed.

The Neighborhood:
Located on the main shopping street, the apartments are close by to every attraction of Downtown Reykjavik including the Rainbow street, the famous Hallgrímskirkja Church, not far from the Harbour.
