There is a beautiful lounge and adjoining kitchen, with direct access to the outdoor terraces offering panoramic pool and countryside views. On the same floor, there is a bathroom and a double bedroom, while a small lounge and two further bedrooms which share a bathroom are located on the spacious ground floor, providing all the comforts of home.

The lawned gardens yield a glorious setting to enjoy barbecues, table tennis and lounging by the large private pool, while children play happily with the host of toys on offer. Located at the foothills of Vrisinas Mountain, the villa is an oasis of peace and tranquillity with the rolling countryside as far as the eye can see, but still close to the heart of the action. Just a five-minute walk away are restaurants and a supermarket, and a ten-minute drive brings you to the lovely harbour town of Rethymnon, with a long sandy beach and fascinating historic centre.
