As the second villa within this exclusive two-villa complex, Villa Theo enjoys a peaceful setting while offering complete privacy with its own entrance, swimming pool, outdoor spaces, and parking area.

Designed with modern architecture and elegant handmade furnishings, this newly built two-storey villa combines comfort, style, and functionality. High ceilings, large windows, and carefully selected décor create bright interiors filled with natural light, making Villa Theo the perfect place to relax with family or friends.

The ground floor features a welcoming open-plan living space with comfortable seating, a fireplace, a Smart TV, and a dining area. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for effortless holiday cooking, including all the necessary utensils and cookware.

Also on this level are two beautifully appointed bedrooms. One offers a double bed (160 × 200 cm), while the second includes two single beds (90 × 200 cm each) that can be arranged as a king-size bed upon request. Two stylish bathrooms with walk-in showers provide comfort and convenience for guests staying on the ground floor.

Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom serves as a peaceful sanctuary, featuring two single beds (100 × 200 cm each), which can also be joined to form a king-size bed, along with a modern en-suite bathroom. Step onto the generous balcony to soak in the private hot tub and enjoy the calm surroundings. The balcony is also accessible directly from the staircase, allowing all guests to enjoy this relaxing space.

The outdoor area has been designed for memorable days under the Cretan sun. Take a refreshing swim in the private infinity pool (10 × 4 m, depth 1.40 m), while younger guests can safely enjoy the separate children's pool. Comfortable sun loungers, beautifully landscaped gardens, a built-in BBQ, and an outdoor dining area create the ideal setting for leisurely afternoons and al fresco meals.

For additional comfort during the cooler months, the 40 sq.m. swimming pool can be heated to approximately 26°C. Pool heating is available upon request for the entire duration of your stay, provided the request is made at least three days before arrival. The service is available at an additional cost of €50 per day. Please note that pool heating depends on weather conditions and does not operate during rainfall. A pool cover is not available.
