The Villa is located in Pigianos Kampos, and is just within 10 minutes walking distance to the sea and anything you may need (shops, restaurants). It is also just 15minutes driving distance from Rethymno Lively Centre. It is 1hour driving distance from Heraklion Airport making it a perfect holiday home and ideal base for exploring the beauty of Crete.

Pigianos Kampos with its vast, sandy and well organised beach, with shallow waters making it ideal for families. It’s a perfectly organised coastal tourist resort, with many sun beds, umbrellas, changing rooms, showers, lifeguards, beach bars, restaurants and water sports. Large supermarkets, including a LIDL, can be found on your way to the beach resort Platanias, offering an elaborated tourist infrastructure of restaurants, cafes, tourist shops, etc... Summer night clubs and bars are concentrated along the Platanias beach road. Taverns serving typical fresh Cretan dishes can be found on the way to Arkadi at a short distance offering good quality for price value. Also Rethymno town, offers a great selection of choices in shops, restaurants and anything else you might need and can be easily reached by car within 10 minutes driving. Additionally, as the Villa is situated beside the highway, it is noisy, however it makes it easy to move around and travel almost anywhere in Crete, exploring explore the amazing landscape.
