Villa Aetos is a sea-view villa for large families and groups of friends, 1 km from the beach and 7 km east of Rethymno town. Up to 14 guests share 180 m² on two levels and a fully fenced plot with a 45 m² private pool.

Sea views, 1 km from the beach
The living area opens onto a large roofed veranda with a dining table and views of the sea and the surrounding area. The first-floor balcony looks out to the sea as well.

Private pool and garden
The 45 m² private pool has ladder access and a terrace with sun beds, umbrellas, a hammock and a shaded gazebo with a seating lounge. There is a charcoal barbecue with an outdoor sink, a children`s playground on the lawn and a vegetable garden whose produce you are welcome to use. The villa has its own entrance and nothing is shared with other guests.

Room for the whole group
The open-plan living area has large sofas around the fireplace, satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table that seats more than 10.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
Ground floor: one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower.
First floor, up a wide wooden staircase: four bedrooms, each with a double bed and access to a balcony or the outdoors. The main bathroom has a hydromassage bathtub, and the main bedroom has an en-suite toilet.
In addition: one full-size sofa bed.
In total: 6 bedrooms, 8 beds, 2 bathrooms.

Practical points
Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, safe and a sound system. Self check-in with a door code; entry instructions are sent before arrival. Free parking on the premises. There is a ramp at the main entrance.

You will have the entire villa and its fenced grounds to yourselves, including the pool terrace, gardens and barbecue area; nothing is shared with other guests. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

Villa Aetos stands in a quiet, secluded spot in Adelianos Kampos, a coastal area on the eastern side of Rethymno. The beach is 1 km from the villa and Rethymno town is 7 km away, close enough for beach days and evenings in town. Chania and Heraklion airports are each approx. 75 km away.

A car is the most practical way to reach the villa and explore the area. Approximate road distances: Chania airport approx. 75 km, Heraklion airport approx. 75 km, Chania port (Souda) approx. 60 km, Heraklion port approx. 70 km. Rethymno town is 7 km away and the beach is 1 km away. There is free parking on the premises.

The villa is on two levels: four of the six bedrooms and the main bathroom with the hydromassage bathtub are on the first floor, reached by a wide wooden staircase. There is a ramp at the main entrance. The pool has ladder access, so please keep an eye on children around the pool, on the playground and on the upstairs balconies. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Pets are not allowed, and parties or events are not permitted.
