Eveland Accessible Villa 2

Eveland Accessible Villa 2 is a modern and welcoming villa in Crete,
ideal for up to 4 guests. Just a short walk from the beach and local
amenities, it features two bedrooms, a private pool, a lush garden, and
a BBQ area. Designed for guests with reduced mobility, it includes an
accessible bathroom with walk-in shower and adapted toilet.

The first bedroom has a king-sized bed, private balcony, Smart TV, air
conditioning, and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers two
single beds, its own balcony, Smart TV, air conditioning, and blackout
curtains. Both bathrooms are equipped with spacious showers and modern
amenities.

Outside, the private pool (6.5 x 4 m, depth 1.45 m) comes with seating,
inflatables, and automatic lighting. The garden features a shaded BBQ
area with dining for four. Private covered parking is included.

Located 500 m–1 km from the beach, near restaurants and supermarkets,
and close to Rethymno Hospital, the villa is also easily accessible
from Heraklion (~72 km) and Chania (~77 km) airports. Fully equipped
