„We had a lovely overnight stay. The room was small but very well laid out. The small bathroom was very well thought out. My only comment would be that the shower is tiny. I’m a small person but I felt a little claustrophobic in that shower. However I would stay there again as overall everything was lovely.“

„Lovely house in a nice location. A river at the back wirh a field of sheep to overlook. It is in a small and very quiet estate. We did not hear anyone. All we could hear was the river. The house is all you need for a stay, clean, well equipped, good communucation. Parking at the front. There were 5 of us , 2 adults and 3 children, 13, 10 & 7. We were more then comfortable with pleanty of space. Good cooking facilities and pleanty of storage space “

Only drawback is more structural as there seems to be subsidence (or similar) and this causes the shower to overflow onto the floor and out of the tray (seems it is leaning to the door and not going down the drain. „Kevin and the team are great, happy to help however they can. The food is very good as are the drinks. The en suite bathroom had a great shower, fluffy clean towels and was nicely laid out. The bed was clean and comfortable. We stayed for two nights and both agreed the only thing to change were some of the carpets. We didn't sleep, eat or shower on the carpets though, so it wasn't a game changer. We would definitely stay again, thank you Kevin and the whole team.“
